3 killed as train hits jeep at level crossing

Three people, including two women, were today killed as the jeep in which they were travelling was hit by Shramjivi Express train here, police said.
The accident took place at a railway crossing near Gahmar when the train coming from Patna hit the jeep when it was crossing the tracks, they said.
Police said the mishap occurred as the gateman did not close the gate despite signal of arrival of the train.
