According to official sources, security agencies have so far issued over 4,000 non-bailable arrest warrants since notification of the elections.
Till today, a total of 3,12,655 litres of local and foreign liquor have been seized from different parts of the state, officials said.
"We have also seized more Rs 60 lakh cash, which were being transported illegally by many persons who are somehow linked with political parties," an official said.
"The total worth of all these illegal arms, ammunition, liquor and drugs have been estimated at Rs 97 lakh," official said.
The authority has issued 4,103 non-bailable arrest warrants since the day of declaring poll dates, he added.
"The state has a total of 55,238 licenced arms. We need to get the deposition of all these before starting of the election. So far, 21,818 arms have been taken over by the security agencies," the official said.
