3 members of "Mutthebaaz" gang held

Three persons, alleged to be the members of an infamous "Mutthebaaz" gang who used to target senior citizens particularly women and loot cash, jewellery and other valuables from them, have been arrested, police said today.
Acting on a tip off, Ganesh (36) alias Kalia, Ratan (29) and Ashok (22) alias Billa were arrested near Ghore Wala Mandir, Raghubir Nagar in Delhi, Deputy Commissioner of Police, West District, Vijay Kumar said.
A gold locket, two pair of ear-rings have been recovered from the accused.
On interrogation, the officer said, "The trio confessed that they would sell the booty immediately at throw away price and distribute the money among themselves."
All the three accused have been previously involved in such cases and nine cases have been solved with their arrest, the police said.
