The three, who were part of a eleven-member group of girls and women who had escaped on June 3 from the rescue home, were traced subsequently and housed in the home, S R Nagar Sub-Inspector Saidulu said.
"They attempted suicide this afternoon. They were admitted to a government hospital and their condition is now stable," the officer said.
Prima facie, the girls wanted to move out from the home. A case has been registered in the connection and investigations are underway, police said.
