3 of family die in fire

Three members of a family, including a child, were today burnt to death when fire broke out after an LPG cylinder exploded in their house at Uluberia in Howrah district.
Charred bodies of Gayatri Ghosh (65), her daughter-in-law Mousumi Ghosh (35) and Mousumi's three-and-half-year-old toddler Ayan were recovered by fire services personnel after dousing the flames, a police officer said.
Two fire tenders prevented the blaze from spreading to other neighbouring houses.
The cause of the LPG blast was being probed.
