The incident happened last afternoon, Kulgaon police said.
The victims were riding on a truck carrying cement bags. It skidded on a wet road in the heavy rain and fell into a pit by the roadside.
The victims were crushed under the cement bags.
Bodies have been sent for autopsy while the truck driver Abdul Gaffar Ansari (24) has been arrested for rash and negligent driving.
The deceased were identified as Vasant Wagh (30) Dunda Babhu Bhoir (28) and Maruti Bala Mukne (35).
