3 precious idols, valuables stolen from temple in UP

Three 'ashtadhatu' idols, cash and silver ornaments were allegedly stolen from a temple here, police said today.
The accused allegedly broke open the doors of a Jain temple at Mansoorpur village yesterday and took away the three precious idols and other valuables, police said.
The incident was reported by the devotees, they said.
A case has been registered in this regard and efforts are on to arrest the accused, police added.
