3 Promoters sell 54 lakh DB Corp shares for Rs 159.5 cr

Three promoters of DB Corp today sold over 54 lakh shares of the media company for an estimated Rs 159.57 crore through open market.
According to the bulk deal information with the BSE, Sudhir Agarwal sold 19 lakh shares, Girish Agarwal - 18.50 lakh shares, and Pawan Agarwal - 16.59 lakh shares.
DB Corp stocks were offloaded at an average price of Rs 295, amounting to the total deal size of about Rs 159.57 crore.
For the quarter ending December 31, 2013, Pawan Agarwal held 15.35 per cent stake in DB Corp, while Sudhir and Girish Agarwal held 14.55 per cent and 10.19 per cent respectively.

In a separate transaction, HDFC Infrastructure Fund picked up 10 lakh shares of DB Corp for Rs 29.50 crore.
DB Corp scrip closed 0.39 per cent down at Rs 291.05 on the BSE.
