Detailing the abduction, Parwaiz Ahmad, DCP (Railways), said a woman from Bihar was returning to her home with her three children in November last year. They were waiting for their train at Old Delhi railway station where she met the accused.
The accused - Raj Kumar and his wife Geeta - befriended her and told her that they were going to Nalanda district in Bihar, where the woman also had to go, Ahmad said.
At Shahdara station, when the woman took het two children to a toilet, the couple vanished with her third child, Ahmad said.
The two accused with a third woman, Malvati, were arrested yesterday from Amroha yesterday. A fourth accused, Niram Devi, was arrested from Sambhal.

The child was rescued from Niram Devi, the officer said.
The couple had apparently sold the abducted child to a person, identified by the police as 'Mamu', who lived near Nizamuddin railway station.
