Two accused, identified as Prabhat (22) and Shubham Nath (20), both of whom are pursuing Mass Communication course in a reputed institute, were arrested by the police on Wednesday.
"We had received a tip-off that the duo who live in Rohini, would come near Japanese Park, Rohini, in a car to deliver Amphetamine. A team laid a trap at the spot and nabbed them. 80 gm of the drug was recovered from the possession of Prabhat and 103 gm from Shubham," said Joint Commissioner of Police (Crime) Ravindra Yadav.
Following this, Tapan Mudgal (28), a resident of Pitampura who is an MBA from Singapore, was also arrested by the team at the instance of Shubham and 92 gm of Amphetamine was recovered from his possession.
"He is in the business of importing surgical equipments. Recently, he indulged in supply of drugs to earn easy money in a short span," said Yadav.

"The trio disclosed that they were supplying drugs to party-goers for the last two months. College students and young boys of rich families are using this drug now-a-days. For medical purposes, it is taken orally or through nasal inhalation but for recreational activities, it is also consumed in insufflations and intravenous," said Yadav.
