A complaint was filed by the victim, a resident of Green Fields colony, at Surajkund police station yesterday accusing Sunil of raping her several times, they said.
The woman was living as a tenant in Sunil's house for the past 10 years. Due to financial hardships, she could not pay the rent of the house for two years and on the pretext of demanding rent, Sunil went to the woman's room and allegedly raped her two years back, police said.
She was allegedly raped many times that year following which she shifted to a nearby accommodation, police said.
An FIR was lodged with the Surajkund police station, Faridabad under section 376 (rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of IPC and police is hunting for the accused.
