A start-up company has come up with high-tech features like 3D air display and video bike as new age weddings have become the mantra in the metros.
"In our 3D air display solution a couple will see 3D videos/wedding logos floating in the air looking like hi-resolution holograms," Megha Agarwal said on behalf of Snowmasters India.
The company launched the product for the first time in the region at 'The Great Indian Wedding Show, Kolkata', which ended today.
Another new addition was the video bike, a static display station where two wheels would rotate and images of a couple, lovebirds and hearts would emerge from the wheels.
"We have formally introduced these products at the wedding show so that one could get a fair idea about modern day weddings," she said.
"We have already received a huge response during the recent season and we got around five to six bookings in a month," she said.

Another new feature is the hashprint where one can take a selfie, tag it on Instagram and then get a printout.
The 'touch here to start' mirror booth is a place where a couple and their friends could play cupid.
"We are getting fairly good response since marriage is now associated with ostentatious display. Destination weddings and on-location high-tech weddings are the new buzzwords," Megha said.
"Around 30 stalls were put up in the fair called 'A one-stop solution for wedding' at the Netaji Indoor Stadium," co-curator Siddhant Jaita said.
