4 additional judges for Punjab and Haryana High Court

With fresh appointment, the number of judges in the high court has gone up to 47.

According to separate Law Ministry notifications, Ravinder Parkash Nagrath, Rekha Mittal, Inderjit Singh and Sat Paul Bangarh have been appointed as additional judges.
