4 arrested by ACB for taking bribes in Raj

Four persons were today arrested by the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) in Rajasthan for allegedly accepting bribes in separate cases.
Assistant Engineer of electricity company (DISCOM) Sanjay Meena was arrested for taking Rs 10,000 for issuing a power connection to one Mahipal Singh in Sirohi district.
Govind Prasad, cashier of Mines Department posted in Bhilwara, was caught while accepting the same amount from one Suresh Sharma for an official work.
In Rajgarh of Alwar district, upper division clerk of Revenue Department, Ramkishan Meena was arrested for taking a bribe of Rs 6000 to issue documents of registry to the complainant Amit Kumar Gupta.
Cashier of Kanwatia hospital- Jaipur Ram Singh was also arrested for taking an amount of Rs 14000 as bribe to a contractor Chandan Singh to pass his bills and to get him work order for next year.
"Traps were laid after verification of complaints and all the accused were placed under arrest," IG ACB Dinesh MN said.
