Four persons have been arrested in connection with a double murder case in west Delhi's Moti Nagar area, police said today.
On January 12, the bodies of two men were found lying near Jakhira Bus stop. The faces of both bodies were hit with big stones, said DCP (West) Vijay Kumar.
It was a blind murder scene with no article found on the spot that could lead to their identification and there was no eyewitness, he said.
After efforts that included circulating details about the bodies in Delhi and scanning details of all the missing persons in Delhi as well as neighbouring states, the duo were identified as Guljar and Anil Shah.
Sources were deployed and information was gathered about the activities of the two and their contacts.
It was found that Guljar was part of a group that was involved in luggage thefts at bus stands and railway stations, said the officer.

Technical surveillance was employed to nab the accused which zeroed upon the Azad group and its members were nabbed.
"During interrogation, it was revealed that Mohd Azad, along with his 5-6 group members, was involved in duping innocent passengers on account of arranging confirmed railway berths in trains in west and northwest Delhi.
"Guljar used to take money from this group and he had been putting pressure on the group to increase the money. When Mohd Azad had objected to it, Guljar managed to get him arrested," said the officer.
Since their activities were affected, Mohd Azad, along with his group members, Sonu, Samshad and Akbar decided to kill Guljar.
"On January 9, Azad called Guljar for a drink. Guljar came there along with his associate Anil. When Guljar and his associate were under the influence of liquor, Azad and his associates strangulated them with mufflers," he said.
Their faces were crushed with stone. All the articles that could lead to their identification were removed by the accused.
With the arrest of the accused, police have recovered the articles of the deceased and 60 stolen mobile phones.
