Four men were arrested and two minors apprehended in connection with an armed robbery case at west Delhi's Naraina Flyover, the police said today.
The accused were identified as Shambu (32), Jitender (28), Monu (23) and one Raju, they said.
On August 2, one Kashish Bansal, a resident of Rohini was going to Gurugram along with his driver Shambhu in his car to deliver Rs 70 lakh to his brother-in-laws friend Saurab Bansal and Deepak Ghatana. He also collected Rs 28.50 lakh cash from Prashant Vihar, said Vijay Kumar, Deputy Commissioner of Police (West).
Around 2.35 pm when they reached the flyover, three people came on a motorcycle and stopped the car. They robbed Bansal at gun point and took the bag containing Rs 70 lakh. The other bag containing the remaining amount was safe, he said.
During investigation, all the known persons of the complainant were examined. The call detail record of the complainant was also analysed, the officer said.
A video footage of the incident was also obtained from a passerby. After seeing the footage, one accused Monu Sharma was identified and arrested.

On his instance, Rs 9.41 lakh in cash. A country-made pistol was recovered from his possession, said the senior officer. On August 6, a juvenile was apprehended and Rs 1 lakh was recovered from him.
During investigation, Rs 8 lakh was also recovered on his instance from his maternal uncle Jotender who was also resisted and his car was seized, the DCP said.
On interrogation, the accused Jitender and the juvenile disclosed about involvement of one Shambhu, the victim's driver.
Shambhu was arrested and Rs 1 lakh was recovered from his house. Another accused juvenile involved was also apprehended and Rs 1.6 lakh as recovered from his possession, he said.
During interrogation, police learnt that Shambhu conspired the plan of robbery with his driver friend Sandeep with the help of accused Rajiv and executed the plan with the other accused. Accused Rajiv and Sandeep are still absconding, he added.
