Rajesh Rana, Man Singh Tomar, Rajesh Sharma and Shyam were arrested last night after police was tipped off that they were coming towards a mall in Link Road area and laid a trap, a senior police officer said.
A laptop, a phone, cash of Rs 2,000 and 4 knives were recovered from their possession, he said.
Police said the four were part of a gang expert in snatching laptops and mobile phones from people on lonely roads at night. They had confessed to being involved in the robberies, the officer said.
