4 killed as truck falls from bridge

Four persons including two women and two children were killed when a truck fell from a bridge in Udawantnagar police station area of Bihar's Bhojpur district this evening.
Udawantnagar Station House Officer (SHO) Mithilesh Kumar said the incident happened at Tiania bridge. On Ara-Sahar Road, over a canal that brings water to the area from river Sone.
The vehicle must have fallen by over 40 feet though there was sand and water on the ground," the SHO said.
The bodies have been extricated from the truck.
