The incident took place on Saturday night at Sarkarhati village, Basirhat Sub-Divisional Police Officer Abhijit Banerjee said today.
The woman was later dumped in front of her house.
Three of the accused were arrested after a complaint was lodged with the police by her family last night, the SDPO said.
