5,000 litres of illicit liquor seized, two held

Two persons were arrested today for allegedly possessing 5,000 litres of illicit liquor in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir, police said.
Acting on a tip-off, police raided the House of Mangal Dass and Kewal Krishan, both of them brothers, in Kotli Charakan village in the district and recovered 5,000 litres of illicit liquor from them, they said.
Both of them were arrested later and a case registered against them, police added.
