The injured were identified as Akash, Gajinder, Mayank, Sahil and Ishu. They are residents of Shahdara in Delhi.
They had gone to Agra to celebrate new year and the mishap occurred last night when they were returning home.
Due to poor visibility because of fog their car rammed into road divider and overturned, police said.
The injured were admitted in a private hospital where their condition was stable.
