With these arrests, the city police claim to have arrested at least 11 members of the gang within this year from the city.
Cuttack DCP Sanjiv Arora said the Markatnagar police have also seized one country-made revolver, two bullets, a sharp weapon, six mobile phones and two motorcycles from the arrested persons.
All the arrested, including gangster Muna Laden, have multiple criminal cases pending in different police stations of the city, Arora informed.
Earlier the city police in a crackdown arrested rival mafia don Dhalasamant brothers and their associates.
