5 held for kidnap, murder of property dealer

Delhi police has arrested five persons for abducting and murdering a property dealer over an issue of money in Najafgarh area of south west Delhi.
Police said that the arrested have been identified as Sonam Kumar (23), Vikas Dalal (25), Naveen Dagar alias Bhola (24), Naveen Dagare alias Kala (31) and Naveen Dagar alias Landa (25).
According to police, Vikas along with his associates had on October 6 abducted Varun Jangra and later murdered him.
After killing him, the accused threw his body with gun shot injuries at isolated stretch in Bahadurgarh area of Haryana and fled the spot.
"Police got information that all five accused were gathering near Jhurjhuri Mor in Jaffarpur area yesterday. Acting on tip-off, police laid a trap and arrested them," said a senior police official.

The official also said that accused have confessed to having murdered Jangra over the issue of profit earned in the dealing of disputed properties.
Police have recovered arms of different caliber from the possession, officer also said, adding that a car used in commission of crime has also been recovered.
