The accident took place near Core College as the truck hit the car coming from opposite direction killing on spot three persons sitting in its front seat and leaving two others sitting in the back seat badly injured, SHO of Bahadrabad police station said.
Two persons riding on two motorcycles behind the car were mowed down as they came under the wheels of the truck, he said, adding, the injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital.
