5 killed, 35 injured in road mishaps in Rajasthan

Five persons including an RAS officer and two constables were today killed and thirty-five others injured in three separate road mishap in parts of Rajasthan, police said here.
In the first incident, two passengers were killed and thirty-three others injured when a private bus in which they were travelling overturned on Lalsot-Jaipur highway today, the police said.
The deceased have been identified as Pramod Bairwa (20), and Giriraj (30), they said, adding the injured were rushed to Lalsot, Mandawari and Jaipur's government hospitals.
The bus driver fled the scene leaving passengers hurt on the roadside, they said.
In second incident, one officer of Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) Archna Sirohi going for Prime Minister's meeting-management in Suratgarh tomorrow was killed and her Bolero driver and another government employee got injured when their vehicle collided with a truck at Jamsar, 30 kms from Bikaner, the police said.
RAS officer was posted in Bikaner Zila Parishad, the police said, adding the mishap occurred around 7:30 am.
In the third mishap, two constables Jagdish and Rajpal going for Prime Minister's meeting duty were killed when their motorcycle hit by a heavy vehicle at Sriganganagar this morning, they said.
