Police who rushed to Avarampalayam, on information, found Vishnupriya lying in a pool of blood with fatal injuries on the head reportedly hit by some heavy objects.
The couple were in love for the last three years and got married only six months ago. They used to pick up quarrel frequently, resulting the woman going to her parents residence just opposite to her husband's house, they said.
The body has been sent for post mortem in the government hospital and police are on the look out for her husband Naveenprasad.
