Janaki Devi Panta, 120, cast her vote early in the morning at Dasharath Municipality in Baitadi, the Election Commission said in a statement.
Similarly, Kaushila Bogati, a 112-year-old woman, cast her vote in Chisapani village of Lamjung district in western Nepal.
Another 112-year-old-man named Khavilal Kami cast his vote in Seri village of Dailekh district in western Nepal.
Manmati Bhatta, 104, also cast her vote at Chisapani Village of Lamjung district, the Election Commission said.

"Constitution should be drafted for future generations, let my vote not go in vain this time," he was quoted as saying by Ekantipur news portal.
There were significant participation of old-aged people, women and physically handicapped in the the Constituent Assembly elections, officials said.
The Election Commission has arranged for separate polling booths for the disabled and old-aged people.
Polling took place in a peaceful manner in all the polling stations across the country, except for a small blast that occurred in Kathmandu in which three people were injured.
