The incident took place last night at Sahaswan police station area, SSP Chandra Prakash said.
Driver of the SUV, Ram Singh (38), and passengers Roopmati (45), Usha Devi (20), Tanushri (4) and Chunnu (6) were killed on the spot, the SSP said.
The 11 injured were admitted to the district hospital, from where three, whose condition was serious, were referred to Bareilly, the police officer said, adding the bodies have been sent for post-mortem.
