The 37-year-old record producer showed his support for the music artist who disclosed his sexuality by penning a poem on his blog, reported Contactmusic.
"Anyone that has an issue with Frank Ocean is an idiot, I think. I think Frank Ocean is a talented artist who has created material that's made me know his name, that impressed me, with things he said on a song like 'Novacane'," he said.
50 Cent also compared Frank with R&B singer Luther Vandross, who is thought to have died without disclosing his sexuality.
"To say you don't like Frank Ocean is to say you don't like Luther Vandross. Or maybe you don't like Kenny Green. There have been artist before him that have made these choices, just not the choice to expose it to the general public before an actual release. It could be revolutionary or it could be a tragedy."
