50-yr-old woman commits suicide in Haryana

A 50-year-old woman allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself at her house in Gokalgarh village here today, police said.
The deceased, who was mentally ill, has been identified as Bina Devi, they said.
Bina, whose husband died two years ago, took the extreme step last night, police said, adding that an inquest proceeding under section 174 of the Criminal Procedure Code has been launched by the police in this regard.
