500 students participate in hiring event at Tvm

At least 500 students from various districts of Kerala participated in a hiring event conducted by Employability Bridge, in association with CII, here today.
This is Employability Bridge's second such event in Kerala, which aims at facilitating corporate and educational institutions open up better job opportunities for those in Tier II and Tier III cities.
A total of 500 students participated for a total openings of 800, a company press release said.
The company has held similar events in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu also, helping placement of over 3500 students in firms across the country.
Today's event saw participation of firms from various sectors including manufacturing, IT, ITES, product development.

HCL, Sutherland Global, American Megatrend, Experion Global were among the companies participated in the event.
Employability Bridge's CEO, Emmanuel Justus said 47 students were given offer letters.
