54 shops demolished in Nashik

Nashik Municipal Corporation's anti-encroachment squad today demolished 54 kiosks at ST Colony in the busy Gangapur Road for four-laning of the road.
The squad started the demolition early in the morning.
Six JCBs and 22 trucks were deployed.
The road-widerning work has been undertaken in view of next year's Kumbh-mela.
