Six boys from a school here, who had gone missing sending their parents and police into a tizzy, have been found and returned home after a "secret" trip, the police said.
According to police, the boys, who are students of class 9 in St Lawrence School at Kamakshipalya here, were found in Maralagundla village near Magadi, about 70 km from Bengaluru.
Their urge for adventure made them plan a secret trip to Maralagundla, where a boy's grandparents were staying, police said.
Soon after returning home from school, thechildren gave some excuse to venture out of their houseswithout revealing their actual plan, the police said.
As they left, only one of them took his mobile phone with him, which he switched off soon after they boarded a bus.
After reaching Magadi, they had some mangoes and puffedrice and spent night in an abandoned underconstruction building on the outskirts of the sleepy town.

This morning, they all went to some hillocks and in theafternoon, to the house of a boy's grandparents.
By the time they reached Maralagundla, the news had gone viral and everybody was worried about the missing children, police said.
As the children went missing, their parents lodged a police complaint.
The boy's grandparents informed his parents who in turn told police.
A police team led by assistant commissioner of police Parameshwar Hegde was constituted to trace the children.
After learning about their presence in Maralagundla, apolice team rushed to the village and brought the children back.
