6 officers suspended in Rajasthan

Six government officers were suspended and action was taken against other employees after "irregularities" were found in various departments during the visit of Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje to Dausa district.
During a surprise inspection yesterday, Raje detected irregularities in an anganwadi centre in Pichupada, primary health centre in Kundan and a veterinary centre in Gudha katla.
Deputy Director of Women and Child Development Department Urmila Sharma and Integrated Child Development Services(ICDS) Observer Anju Chauhan were suspended for irregularities in an anganwadi centre whereas four others were put under the status of Awaiting Posting Orders (APO).
Aanganwadi worker Renu Sharma was removed from the centre, a release said.
In Sikrai, ICDS Observer Seema Jaiswal was also suspended for irregularities.
During her visit to the Kundan PHC, Raje received complaints against the medical officer Dr Arun Swami. He was suspended while another doctor Sandeep Sharda was put under APO status, it said.
On the complaint of villagers, veterinary doctor Amar Singh Balai posted in Gudha Katla area and livestock assistant Praveen Kumar were also suspended, the release added.
