The three-day festival will be inaugurated by Union Minister of Culture Mahesh Sharma at Indira Gandhi National Centre for Arts here.
The inaugural event will be attended by eminent poet Ashok Chakradhar, Hindustani classical singer Chhannulal Mishra, literary critic and author Gopi Chand Narang among others.
Talking about the aim of Jashn-e-Adab foundation, its founder and Urdu poet Kunwar Ranjeet Chauhan said that it is more of "a mission to introduce the younger generations to our rich culture and traditions".
The first evening of the festival will witness poet- politician Karan Singh speaking about spiritual aesthetics of Indian culture, member secretary IGNCA Sachchidanand Joshi talking about the social relevance of art and culture.

The evening will conclude with a Hindustani classical performance by Padma Bhushan awardee Chhannulal Mishra and a Sufi singing session by Ustaad Ahmed Hussain and Ustaad Mohd Hussain.
Over the course of three days, the literary and poetry festival will host panel discussions, poetry sessions, film screening, mushaira among other events.
It will come to a close on October 29 with a kavi sammelan, which will be attended by Ashok Chakradhar, Gopal Das Neeraj, Farhat Ehsaas and other renowned poets of Hindi and Urdu.
