6th J&K state Indian style wrestling ch'ship on Nov 28

The sixth J&K state Indian style wrestling championship for men will be held here on November 28.
"6th J&K State Indian Style Wrestling championship for men 2013-14 will be held at Dewan Mandir Akhara in Jammu on November 28 under the supervision of chairman of association Prem Choudhary," President of J&K Indian Style Wrestling Association, Shiv Kumar Sharma said today.
He said that teams from Kathua, Samba, Udhampur, Jammu, Reasi, Rajouri, Doda, Anantnag, Pulwama, Ganderbal, Srinagar, Baramulla and J&K Police would participate in the event.
Director competition and NIS Wrestling coach Mulkh Raj Sharma said the weigh-in of the wrestlers will be done between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM on November 28 at Dewan Mandir Akhara Jammu and the competition will start from 11 AM onwards.

The championship will be conducted on knock-out basis and for semifinal, cross league will be conducted in each weight.
The rules and regulations of ISWAI will be strictly followed. The Organizing Committee will have full powers to make any changes in the programme, if deemed necessary, Sharma said.
