At least seven persons, including a woman, were killed in two separate rain-related incidents in Pakistan's northwest Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province on Monday, police said.
In the Chitral District, at least three persons, including a woman, were killed due to landslide.
The incident occurred in Danin village when huge boulders and debris came down from a hillock and fell on their house killing all of them, police said.
The rescue team and the people retrieved the bodies from the rubble and shifted them to District Headquarters Hospital.
In other incident, in the mountainous area of Bunner district, a pickup van plunged into a deep ravine while taking a sharp turn, killing four persons.
The people rushed to the spot and retrieved the bodies from the ravine.
