Self-styled zonal commander Tulsi Pahan of People's Liberation Front of India and three of his associates were arrested in neighbouring Ramgarh district by Ranchi Police, Senior SP Saket Kumar Singh said.
Two arms were recovered from them during the raids launched yesterday following a tip-off, he said.
Daily used articles, product of a consumer goods MNC, were recovered from Pahan, "who confessed to have looted them a few days ago", the police officer said.
Seven rifles, a country-made gun, PLFI 'receipts' and other articles were seized from them, he said.
