8 IAS officers shifted in UP

In an administrative reshuffle, the Uttar Pradesh government today transferred eight IAS officers, an official spokesman said here.
Himanshu Kumar, who was earlier transferred as divisional commissioner Allahabad, has now been put on the waitlist and Entertainment Tax Commissioner Jitendra Kumar has been posted in his place, he said.
Atul Kumar, who was under transfer as secretary home has been posted in the revenue department in the same capacity.
District Magistrate, Deoria, Vivek has been put on the waitlist and Mela Adhikari Allahabad Mani Prasad Mishra, who was under transfer as Secretary UP Public Service Commission, has been posted in his place.

Shambhu Kumar has been posted as joint magistrate Lakhimpur and joint magistrate Bagpath Neha Sharma has been shifted to Kanpur.
Additional Land Management Commissioner Bhaskar Upadhyaya has been posted as director mines and minerals.
