The incident occurred in Ramgarh police station area when the girl was sleeping in the hut, police said.
Her father and other members of the family were working in the farm when the incident occurred.
Reasons behind the incident of fire are not yet clear and the matter is being investigated, police said.
The body has been handed over to the family members, they said.
