9 students, school van helper injured in mishap

Ten persons including nine students were injured when a school van hit a tree in Gamariah of Seraikela-Kharswan district today, police said.
All the injured were rushed to Tata Main Hospital here, police said adding that the students were in the age group of 8 to 13 years.
Seven students were, however, discharged but two others and a 20-year-old van helper were still undergoing treatment, DSP K V Raman said.
