AAP announces list of 13 probables for three assembly seats

Aam Aadmi Party today issued a list of 13 probable candidates, including auto-rickshaw drivers and chartered accountant, for three constituencies in the upcoming Delhi assembly elections.
The Arvind Kejriwal-led party announced the list of 13 probables for Kalkaji, Kirari and Tughlakabad assembly constituencies, after screening the 36 applicants.
For Kalkaji assembly seat, AAP has shortlisted five probables, which include an auto-rickshaw driver, a chartered accountant, a French language expert, an MNC official and a businessman.
Bhag Singh is an auto-rickshaw driver, while Kalkaji resident Gaurav Katiyar is a Chartered Accountant, Pradeep Panchal is a French Language expert, the party said in a statement.
Another auto-rickshaw driver, Rajkumar Sahni is one of the probables from Kirari, while another probable, Rajan Prakash is a journalist who has 10 years experience.
He had covered Anna Hazare's agitation but later joined the movement full time and quit his job, the party said.

The other two shortlisted candidates are Ramesh Chandra Pradhan and Shivakant, who were associated with CPI(M) while Rakesh Kumar Pandey was associated with Lok Janshakti Party.
The party has shortlisted three probable candidates for Tughlakabad Assembly constituency.
AAP has declared 42 candidates for the 70 assembly seats of Delhi for which elections are slated later this year.
