Richa replaces AAP's Palam MLA Bhavana Gaur, who had expressed her desire to quit and focus on her constituency. A member of the core team of the AAP, Pandey is also the spokesperson of the party.
Labour minister and AAP's Delhi unit convenor Gopal Rai said the new team will have two secretaries, seven vice- presidents and 14 district presidents.
The party will also appoint presidents for 70 assembly constituencies as well as at the ward levels.
A senior party leader, requesting anonymity, said more changes are likely to be made in other frontal organisations.
The frontal organisations have played a critical role in the party's stupendous victory in 2015.
