Sirsa, who won the Rajouri Garden bypoll last month, said if AAP does not fulfil its pre-poll promises, its candidates will lose their security deposits in every election.
"In run up to the Assembly elections, they (AAP) had promised to install 15 lakh CCTV cameras across the city. They had also promised to provide employment to youths and to construct 550 schools in Delhi.
"AAP's candidates will lose elections and even their security deposits if party does not fulfil its promises," Sirsa said while participating in a discussion over the alleged EVM manipulation during a day-long special session of the Delhi Assembly.
"The Aam Aadmi Party had also promised to bring Jan Lokpal before the Assembly polls, but what happened all know," the MLA said.

In the Assembly today, AAP MLA Saurabh Bhardwaj staged a "live demonstration" on how electronic voting machines can be programmed to favour any political party.
Bhardwaj claimed that a voting machine can be manipulated by simply feeding in a "secret code".
The Election Commission, which maintains that EVMs cannot be programmed to favour any party, did not officially react. However, sources said the machine "did not" seem to be among the ones that are used during elections.
