The party said after coming to power, the government would set up wi-fi hotspots across the city at major places like markets and other public spaces.
It would also launch a mobile application 'Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwaar', which can help people with information on public amenities.
"We intend to have a information superhighway with this project. We have spoken to different companies and the entire project would cost Rs 100-150 crore.
The national capital has over 1 crore mobile users. We also plan to come with a mobile application that can provide users with different services related to governance and also provide information about public amenities," said AAP leader Adarsh Shastri.

The party feels the project will help woo young voters as the national capital is expected to go to polls early next year.
Shastri, a former Apple executive, said the party also intends to have a unified transport smart card for Metro and bus services.
"Many cities in the world have similar service. One card will make travel seamless and simpler and help the people," Shastri said.
Incidentally, the plan to have a seamless travel has not worked anywhere in the country, including Mumbai which has been working on this project for quite some years now.
