"Works for constructing roads and drainage is being carried out on a war-footing and shall be completed in financial year 2016-17," said Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia while presenting the budget in the Assembly.
He said any additional funds required over and above this budgetary allocation for timely completion shall be arranged by DSIIDC either from its own resources or as loan from financial institutions.
Delhi government will repay the loan later.
Furthermore, for completion of ongoing works in unauthorised colonies by the other executing agencies, Delhi government proposed an amount of Rs 190 crore.

He said that with a view to making Delhi a 'slum free' city, Delhi government has launched a massive programme for in-situ redevelopment and rehabilitation of JJ dwellers.
"In the first phase, we have planned redevelopment and in-situ redevelopment and rehabilitation of 20 JJ busties in three assembly constituencies on pilot basis.
Delhi government has also taken up a programme for construction of new toilet blocks and to upgrade and renovate existing 'Jan Suvidha' complexes in order to provide a clean and hygienic environment in JJ busties and with a view to making Delhi 'open defecation' free.
So far, Sisodia said, construction of 93 toilet blocks has been completed including 30 new toilets blocks and 63 upgraded toilet blocks adding more than 4500 toilet seats.
