Retired IAS officer B S Banerjee will probe the charges against Meena, who is also a Joint Commissioner in Delhi Police.
"There were several instances in which Meena did not work in accordance with the law, which include not replying to the CM's memorandum for intimidating his juniors, alleged scam, and issuing false statement about government's anti-corruption helpline 1031," a government source said.
Sources said that as the AAP dispensation is not the cadre controlling authority of Meena, Delhi Government is only concerned with the ACB work.
Last month, Kejriwal had issued a memorandum to Meena seeking his reply within 10 days over allegations of negligence in performing his duty and "intimidating" his juniors.
Meena, however, had challenged the Chief Minister's note to him and threatened "appropriate action" if it was not withdrawn immediately.
Despite several attempts, ACB chief Meena could not be contacted for his comment.
