According to the police, the alleged incident took place yesterday and an FIR was registered at Vasant Vihar police station.
In her complaint, the MLA accused Munirka resident Narendra Tokas of wrongful restraint and entering into a argument with her husband Dheeraj Tokas while they were returning home after attending a religious gathering at Baba Gangnath Temple in Munirka Village.
Narendra has also given a complaint against the AAP MLA's husband, Dheeraj Tokas, accusing him of threatening and abusing him.
Besides the two counter FIRs, as many FIRs were registered by the police in connection with the same case.

Police says that both the parties accused each other of firing at temple and they found a cartridge and a bullet shell from the temple.
The third FIR was registered against unidentified person for opening fire.
The fourth FIR was related to theft of a digital video recorder (DVR) of CCTV cameras installed at the temple, which is expected to have recorded the exact sequence of incident.
Narendra was arguing with the temple's priest to change the glasses when the AAP MLA and her husband interfered and took the priest's side.
"Cross FIRs have been registered by both the parties. After AAP MLA registered an FIR against Narendra, he filed a counter FIR against her husband Dheeraj and associates identified as Chattar Singh and Shibban Pehelwan," a senior official said.
Narendra in his complaint has mentioned that they abused and threatened him and stopped his way. They also tore off his shirt in the argument, said police.
"Police team is ascertaining who opened the fire as a bullet was found. We are also trying to track digital video recorder (DVR) of CCTV cameras which was stolen from the temple," senior official said.
