The party demanded that the Union Ministry of Home Affairs, which controls the Delhi Police, should make its stand clear on its assessment of the Delhi Police in the wake of stinging court remarks.

Quoting the court oder, he added that "if the Chief Minister of Delhi is not safe, one may wonder as to what will be the fate of citizens of Delhi."
The party demanded that MHA should take immediate corrective steps to "restore the credibility of Delhi Police in the eyes of residents of the national capital", which has been severely dented by the "unprofessional and biased conduct of the top police brass".
