The party said that Jung had insisted to show him the numbers when AAP formed the government, but so far he has not asked the BJP the same.
"Jung had insisted on letters of support when it came to government formation by the Aam Aadmi Party in December last year. The AAP had met you only after it had letters of support from at least 36 MLAs in the 70-member House.
After the December 2013 assembly polls, Jung had invited the BJP to form the government, but the saffron party had refused to do so citing numbers.
The AAP also questioned Jung's move that BJP was single largest party even in February this year after Arvind Kejriwal resigned.
"It is your (LG's) duty to explore government formation. But isn't it also your duty to ensure that no government is born in sin? Holding a constitutional post how would you allow formation of a government through unconstitutional methods, the proof of which has already been submitted to you?" the party said in a statement.
